Responsibilities The Warehouse Associate -Maintenanceis responsible for taking care of the facility and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job. Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning etc.) Gather and empty trash Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Good attendance and punctuality Great communication skills Good time management skills/ability to multi-tasks Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. Attention to detail Great communication skills Time management skills Able to work well under pressure Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time. 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse Interactional personal/people skills Detailed oriented Must be able to work well with other team members and supervisors Must have open availability/flexible with work scheduled need to be able to work various shifts and extended hours Maintain and promote workplace safety Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
