Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth-oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals - both personal and professional.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois and am passionate about helping people understand the importance of insurance, how it protects families, and how it plays a role in planning for the future. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales/Account Manager for Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in driving our agency’s success. You are responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your strategic vision and sales expertise are essential in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agency growth goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and referral sources.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
