Employee Relations Advisor

Adyen in the United States is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager who will lead neutral, timely investigations and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and the People Team, applying expertise in investigations, legal guidelines, and HR best practices. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Employment Legal and Employee Relations. You will work from Adyen’s offices at least 3 days per week (one Monday/Friday in-office) with up to 15% travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
