MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team in our Burnsville, MN headquarters . This position provides support for customer inquiries, contacting customers and collecting payments on business accounts. Act as a backup on other administrative tasks such posting checks, credit cards, and ACH payments to accounts.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: 

• Ability to make approximately 200+ contacts per week and send letters or emails on past due accounts.


• Answering customer service line emails and phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries and issues.


• Participate in personal development activities for self-improvement.


• Potential for additional administrative tasks/special projects as assigned.


• Posting checks, credit card and ACH payments and reconcile customer accounts.


• Collecting and distributing mail.

Minimum Requirements:

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent


• 1+ years prior experience in Accounts receivable


• 2+ years in a customer service call center environment


• Relocation is not budgeted for this role; local candidates will be given priority consideration.
