Culinary Position - Line and Prep Cooks

Our line cooks deliver the reliable, crowd-pleasing dishes that match the energy of the TV screens. From weekday specials to watching parties, Maloney's food stands up to the pep of the place.
What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to Maloneys' quality and presentation standards .
Work efficiently on the line during high-volume shifts.
Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards .
Communicate and coordinate with fellow cooks and FOH staff to keep service running smoothly.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
What We're Looking For
Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we'll train the right person .
Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy shifts.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about great food .
Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
