Project Administrator Responsibilities

- Arrange meetings
- Organize projects
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks in contracts, procurement, and finance.
- Handle proprietary and confidential materials
- Assist peers with processes and tasks
- Compose and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials or guides the work of other staff who produce these materials.
- Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information
- All other duties assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Able to bend, stretch, and twist
- Able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to obtain a DoD secret level clearance.
- 4 years of direct experience and a high school diploma
- 0-5 years of administrative assistance experience, BS degree in a STEM, and or business field.
- Ft. Belvoir
- Monday-Friday onsite.
