Rent Collection Specialist

Join Our Team as a Rent Collection Specialist !

As a Rent Collection Specialist, you’ll handle rent collections, security deposit refunds, and assist with apartment rentals and lease renewals. You’ll also work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records at our (#of units) unit community. .

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $23.00/hour

20% Rent Discount

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

What We’ll Expect from You:

1-3 months related experience or training.

Sales and/or customer service experience required

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools
