Position Description: Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting and processing incoming freight and shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and write up all vendor inbounds to confirm quantity, weight and lot numbers.
• Lookup PO numbers in the system and receive in under SAP, after receipt, print out LS and Sample labels as required.
• Populate Inventory spreadsheet daily.
• Prepare Naturals for shipping via Fedex or common carrier, picking materials, printing labels and preparing shipment pickups via Fedex website for Air or Ground.
• Assist with printing labels for outbound shipments.
• Answering phone calls and or emails to schedule deliveries for inbound shipments.
• Post Goods Issue of orders shipped through SAP.
• Moving empty totes in SAP as received in from customers/shuttles.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent data entry skills including alpha-numeric and 10-key
• A minimum of 2 years experience in receiving, warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Previous background knowledge of trucking industry a plus
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft office and warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
