Customer Service Representative - Process Improvement
Location : Conyers, Georgia
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch)
Pay : $20-22/hr

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Conyers, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on process improvement. This is an in-person role that offers a positive work environment.

This is not a call center position but a multifaceted role that requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Must have working knowledge of Excel and basic formulas with willingness to learn.
• Manage customer accounts, supporting Inside Sales Engineers and outside sales teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Enter job information and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Verify accuracy of Purchase Orders and match with invoices.
• Generate product documentation and materials for customers.
• Manage delivery schedules and communicate with customers regarding equipment delivery and issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven ability to write processes and procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel.
• Drug-Free Workplace
