About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the insurance industry as a Sales Leader, where I developed a passion for coaching others and building successful teams. I'm a graduate of Florida A&M University, have been married for 17 years, and have two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family. Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm actively involved with Rotary, several Chambers of Commerce, and serve on multiple local boards. Building relationships and making a positive impact in our community are core values of our agency. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Bryant - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
