Program Manager

E-Logic is seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to support a proposed IT Finance Management and Operational Support initiative for the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE). This position is part of a competitive proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale IT programs, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting public sector or government clients. This role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and operational oversight capabilities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and accountable leader for the overall program Lead program governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic oversight Oversee multiple workstreams, including: Strategic Planning Financial Operations Innovation Initiatives Project Management Quality Assurance (PMQA) Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project deliverables and ongoing support services Facilitate executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the program Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of Program Management experience supporting large-scale IT or consulting initiatives Strong experience working with government, education, or public sector clients preferred Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-year programs and multiple stakeholders Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification preferred Preferred Skills Experience managing enterprise-level operational support programs Familiarity with financial management and PMQA methodologies Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments Experience supporting proposal-based or contract-driven engagements is a plus Note: This is not a fully remote position. Candidates should expect occasional travel into New York City, particularly during planning, coordination, and stakeholder alignment phases.
