Our banking client is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Data Center Transformation team supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to project delivery, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $45-55/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)


What's the Job?

• As part of a Project Management team, manage enterprise-level infrastructure and data center transformation projects
• Coordinate migration of applications from existing data centers to new environments
• Partner with application owners to plan, test, and validate releases
• Conduct pre-planning activities, document runbooks, and capture detailed gameday notes
• Oversee review testing and ensure readiness prior to production releases

What's Needed?

• Experience managing tasks/deliverable/stakeholders large-scale enterprise IT projects
• Strong technical project management background, especially in infrastructure or data centers
• Exceptional documentation skills for planning, operational notes, and compliance forms
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Familiarity with ServiceNow dashboards (configuration-level experience sufficient)
