SENIOR MECHANICAL HVAC DESIGNER – CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA
Growing MEP engineering firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Designer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and other building projects
- Prepare HVAC plans, layouts, schedules, and details
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations
- Select equipment and coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines
- Work closely with project engineers and architects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC design experience with an MEP/engineering firm
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and building codes
- Experience with commercial building projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
