Plant Maintenance Manager

Additionally, you will manage budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance, particularly in the water or wastewater treatment sectors. You should possess excellent leadership skills and be adept at problem‑solving, with a focus on safety and compliance. Your ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our maintenance operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus. Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.
