Remote Data Analyst (Must live in D.C.)

Data Analyst (Remote) Location: Remote (Must Reside in Washington, DC) Pay Rate: $25.67 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break) About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support a high-performing team in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members and stakeholders in a professional remote setting. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational and business decisions. Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or trends. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and databases. Interpret data findings and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data and reporting needs. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting. Qualifications Required Must be a current resident of Washington, DC. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, customer support analytics, administrative operations, or a related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools. Experience working in healthcare, government, customer service, or administrative support environments. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Benefits Fully remote position.
