Wage: Hourly Pay + Tips. (Depending on experience). Job Description We are looking for hosts/hostesses to join our staff. A host or hostess makes sure our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. They create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment our guests enter the establishment. Your ultimate goal will be making ways to provide the highest quality hospitality that will attract and maintain repeat customers. Qualifications & Skills People skills and professionalism Passion for providing extraordinary hospitality. Multi-tasking and detail-oriented Punctuality/reliability A desire to help where needed and work effectively as part of a team. Upbeat, outgoing, and positive. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Organized. Requirements & Responsibilities Minimum age of 16 years old. Flexible availability during business hours, including weekends and evenings. Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, escort them to the assigned dining area, present menus, and answer customer questions. Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff. Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service. Tend to guests’ needs throughout the dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service. Help fellow team members by setting and clearing tables. Contribute to team efforts to maintain positive working relationships. Assist with to-go orders and 3rd party delivery orders. Follow shared daily cleaning schedules.
