Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

Facey Medical Group has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join the well-established and collaborative Orthopedic team in Mission Hills, California.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
- Trauma fellowship required
- Practice location: primarily hospital based in Mission Hills, CA
- Hospital after hours trauma call is shared among orthopedic department physicians and contracted network providers
- Supportive, team based orthopedic department
Schedule Details:
- Full time physicians are scheduled 4.5 days per week
- Emphasis on sustainable practice and work life balance
- Generous paid time off
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $670,000 and $800,000 per year
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:

- Substantial employer paid retirement plan contribution
- Eligibility to participate in Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through our affiliation with Providence (subject to program requirements)

The group employs more than 250 physicians from multiple specialties including adult primary care, medical specialists, hospitalists, OBGYN, pediatrics, surgical (general and specialists) and urgent care. With an aligned leadership structure that has strong participation by their physicians, the group can focus on quality initiatives while providing advanced, evidence-based care.
