Claims Specialist

Business Professional Claims Specialist II We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to support warranty claims administration, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate daily communication with an outsourced support team based in Rivervale, NJ, ensuring operational issues and escalations are resolved efficiently. Manage and respond to escalations received from Service Partners, Field Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams. Review requested labor rate updates against contractual agreements and accurately maintain rate information within internal systems. Support the warranty claims audit process by reviewing claims prior to final warranty closure. Extract, organize, and analyze large datasets from internal systems to support business operations. Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses related to warranty costs, trends, claim activity, and other operational metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience handling and analyzing large datasets.
