Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in the industrial manufacturing sector in their search for an Accountant. Company Overview Our client is a well-established, project-based manufacturing organization supporting a range of industrial and technical end markets, with integrated engineering and production capabilities. Position Summary This is a hands-on accounting role supporting day-to-day financial operations within a project-based manufacturing environment. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for core accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close, while partnering with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is well-suited for an accountant looking to grow within a stable, engineering-driven organization with complex, project-based accounting needs. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reports Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Track project-related costs and support job costing processes Partner with operations to ensure accuracy of financial data tied to production and projects Assist with AP/AR processes as needed Support audits and maintain compliance with internal controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-5+ years of accounting experience Experience with general ledger and month-end close processes Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Korn Ferry
