Job Description Garrett Luke Farmers Insurance is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our Englewood office. You’ll join an established agency as a full-time employee — serving as a key point of contact for clients while actively growing new business across auto, home, life, and health insurance. This role is equal parts relationship‑building and results. You’ll handle client inquiries, guide people through their coverage options, process policy changes, and help clients through the claims process — all while identifying opportunities to bring on new business. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details. Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing. Policy Management and Administration: Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Ensure all client records and policy documents are up‑to‑date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and detailed files for easy retrieval and reference. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our company. Conduct regular follow‑up with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and address any concerns or issues promptly. Proactively identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional insurance products to clients. Claims Assistance and Support: Assist clients with the claims process, including filing claims, gathering documentation, and liaising with insurance carriers. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory outcomes. Communicate with claims adjusters and underwriters to expedite claims processing and resolution. Product Knowledge and Education: Stay informed about the range of insurance products offered by our company, including coverage options, exclusions, and limitations. Educate clients on their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, benefits, and potential gaps. Provide recommendations and advice to clients on insurance products and coverage enhancements. Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite High level of professionalism and integrity Preferred: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field Additional education or training in insurance Experience working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
