Job DescriptionAs a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Alarm Coordination in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control and alarm response. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $22.70 / Hour

DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:30 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:30 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with property policies.
- Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
