Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to join the team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you are passionate about manufacturing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- This job requires powder blending - Experience in the field is a plus.
- You will be required to wear to do heavy lifting and will be weighing product as well.
- The position requires to wear full uniform and respirator during working hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
