Senior Manager of Capital Finance

I’m partnered with a Global, industry leading well-known Fortune 500 organization on a Capital Finance, Senior Manager position. The position combines strategic finance, portfolio management, forecasting, business case development, executive reporting, and team leadership. What You’ll Be Doing Lead annual capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization across a complex investment portfolio. Partner with business leaders to develop, evaluate, and challenge investment business cases and capital requests. Drive capital governance processes, securing approvals through executive and committee review forums. Develop long-term capital roadmaps, assessing ROI, strategic alignment, and investment trade-offs. Deliver financial modeling, scenario analysis, and executive-level insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, cost variances, and opportunities while driving cross-functional resolution. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team (manage 3 direct reports) while ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards. What They’re Looking For 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, capital planning, investment analysis, portfolio management, or related corporate finance functions. Proven experience managing large-scale capital investment portfolios, business cases, and governance/approval processes. Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and scenario-planning skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Accounting, and other business functions.
