How YouWillMake an Impact Assistin planning,managingand monitoring projects from concept through implementation, ensuringtimelyand high-quality delivery Manage day-to-day operational details for all assigned projects, building consensus among stakeholders to achieve successful implementation Support the establishment of project management processes and methodologies to meet expectations for quality,budgetand deadlines Meet with internal customers to provide status updates, gather feedback and report on project progress Handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance and service levels to ensure goals are met Gather data and prepare reports covering project estimates,statusand other management needs Perform additional duties as requested to support project management efforts Working Conditions Officeenvironment Some travelrequired What You Will Bring to Spectrum RequiredQualifications Education Bachelor’s degree inrelated field or equivalent work experience Experience 0-2years of project management experience Skills Read, write,andspeak Englishclearly and professionally with employees,customersand suppliers in person, by phone and in writing Strong prioritization and organizational skills for managing multiple projects and assignments Develop effective working relationships with peers and project members Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computers and software applications Required Qualifications Education Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
