This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for embedded controls and their associated digital ecosystems—translating customer insights, regulatory requirements, and system-level needs into clear, actionable product and software specifications. We are seeking a technically strong product leader with proven experience defining requirements for connected control systems, particularly where physical hardware and cloud services intersect in residential-scale energy environments. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape reliable, intuitive, and future-ready solutions that power and protect homes.Major ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.Minimum Job RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.Work Experience:3+ years of professional experience including 1+ years of experience in product management or related fields.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving results.focused on hands-on execution and operational management of a specific product area, laying the groundwork for broader product management responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Generac Power Systems
