Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs under supervision
• Support registered nurses and other medical staff with clinical tasks
• Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and orderly
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
• Report any concerns about patient health or safety to supervising staff promptly
• Follow facility procedures and maintain accurate patient records
