About the Role
The Company is seeking a dedicated Staff/Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the finance department, responsible for maintaining precise financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves a range of tasks, including managing the accounting function, conducting account reconciliations, and overseeing AR, AP, and billing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA being preferred, and a background in financial analysis and reporting. Proficiency in GAAP, revenue recognition, and experience with accounting systems is highly valued. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who is detail-oriented, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
