Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Manufacturing Assembly TechnicianVolt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician in Winooski, VT. As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you will:Assemble products and components according to work instructions, mechanical drawings, and bills of materials.Perform production tasks including assembly, measuring, mixing, filling, testing, and product verification.Handle materials throughout the manufacturing process, including receiving, storing, distributing, and inventory management.Conduct routine testing and basic repairs on assemblies and finished products.Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory documentation.Enter and retrieve data using ERP and manufacturing systems.Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.This is a full-time opportunity.Required Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and bills of materials.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.High School Diploma or GED required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Skills:Previous experience in electromechanical assembly / test / inspection.Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.Pay Rate: $21.59 to $23.59 per hour.* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
