Automotive Service Porter

Automotive Service Porter Victory Automotive Group, family‑owned and operated since 1997 with over 50 locations across the United States, is seeking an outgoing and dependable individual to greet customers arriving at our service department. The Service Porter will welcome customers, ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor, move customer vehicles within the lot and service areas, maintain clean and damage‑free vehicles, and assist with cleaning and custodial duties in the shop and lot areas. Ideal candidates have an unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record, a positive attitude and professional appearance, and are willing and able to work outdoors in a non‑climate‑controlled environment. Candidates should be able to drive both automatic and standard transmissions. This position may also involve other routine duties as assigned. Responsibilities Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answers questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Installs disposable protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service. Delivers keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicle. Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, waits at the vehicle, and thanks customers for their business. Follows all safety and security procedures. Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
