The Randy Bacon Group is expanding its footprint across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We are partnering with agents who wish to maintain their brand, database, client relationships, and commission without incurring additional team splits with The Randy Bacon Group.

This is not a salaried position or a traditional team split model. Instead, it is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity designed for agents who desire superior lead systems, CRM setup, marketing support, coaching, accountability, and YouTube strategy while retaining their independence.

Our Support Includes:

Lead Generation Support: We assist in building and supporting buyer and seller lead systems, implementing paid advertising strategies, and ensuring trackable lead flow to create more consistent opportunities over time.

CRM Setup and Follow-Up: We help organize your CRM, including BoldTrail or Lofty, with follow-up sequences, pipeline tracking, lead organization, and automation to ensure no opportunities are missed.

Marketing Support: Receive assistance with campaigns, content, follow-up, and local visibility that you can leverage in your market.

YouTube Authority Blueprint: We provide video scripts, topic strategies, and SEO direction to help you build a local YouTube presence, enhancing your visibility and authority over time.

Buyer and Seller Systems: Access practical buyer and seller systems to lead better conversations, improve follow-up, and convert more appointments.

Coaching and Support: Benefit from weekly coaching sessions and Monday through Friday access to real people who can assist with questions, leads, systems, and business-building decisions.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based independent contractor real estate opportunity.

Target earnings range from $80,000 to $180,000+, with actual income varying based on production, market conditions, follow-up, client conversion, and individual activity.
