Medical Device Sales Representative – VAMCs Kentucky & Central Tennessee Territory Preferred Home Base: Lexington, KY | Louisville, KY | Nashville, TN $90K–$110K Base | $175K–$200K+ First-Year Earnings | Pre-IPO Equity Opportunity Are you an experienced medical device sales professional with established relationships within the VA healthcare system? Our client is an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company expanding its commercial team across Kentucky and Central Tennessee. This territory offers a strong existing customer base, particularly in the Lexington market, along with additional business throughout Louisville, Nashville, Murfreesboro, and surrounding areas. What You'll Do Manage a territory covering all of Kentucky and Central Tennessee Call primarily on VA physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, and prosthetics departments Grow and expand existing business through strategic account development and new business opportunities Educate providers on an innovative home-use medical device while supporting patient adoption and outcomes Partner closely with leadership as one of the company's early commercial hires, helping drive continued growth across the region Territory This territory covers all of Kentucky and Central Tennessee , with strong existing business in Lexington and additional business throughout Louisville, Nashville, Murfreesboro, and surrounding markets. The preferred home base is Lexington, followed by Louisville and Nashville . Candidates based in Nashville should be comfortable with significant travel into Kentucky, as the largest concentration of existing business is currently in the Lexington and Somerset areas . 50–75% travel should be expected throughout the territory. What We're Looking For Required: Experience calling on physicians, therapists, and prosthetics departments within the VA healthcare system Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device sales experience Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong relationship-building and territory development skills Comfortable working directly with patients and patient advocacy groups Ability to travel extensively by car and air Stable career progression, with at least two years in your current role preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record $175,000–$200,000 first-year earnings Equity opportunity with a growing pre-IPO organization Medical, dental, and vision insurance Four weeks of PTO plus eight company holidays If you're an experienced medical device sales professional with strong VA relationships and are looking to join a high-growth company where you can truly influence the business, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Prime Recruitment
