Senior Accounting Manager

FinOps Manager (Sr. Accounting Manager), fusion energy start-up on the rise (Tukwila/onsite): Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, cash applications, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, aging reports, procurement, inventory, corporate card and expense management. Own ERP administration and configuration; continually improve processes and efficiencies. Assist with internal controls design and implementation, identify process gaps and leverage AI and tools for efficiency. Work cross‑functionally with engineering, supply chain, contacts, and other departments to build an accounting infrastructure that supports business needs and growth. Qualifications 5+ years of core accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or engineering project‑based finance. Strong systems thinker, builder, comfortable with AI and workflow automation.
