Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize our proven CRM system to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with our appointment-setting team to schedule and conduct property showings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on market trends.
• Leverage marketing tools and resources to promote listings and attract potential clients.
• Work closely with our administrative team to ensure all transaction paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
