Role Description
As a team member, you'll play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful service. You'll be a key point of contact, helping clients navigate their policies while identifying opportunities to better support their needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and open to growing into a more sales-driven role over time.
What You'll Do
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy applications, updates, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient client experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
