ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of two. I've been with State Farm since 2005 and come from a long line of insurance professionals as a third-generation State Farm agent. That background helped shape my passion for the industry and for building strong relationships with customers.

I'm a proud dad of two boys and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever I can. Family and balance are very important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bert West - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
