ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of two. I've been with State Farm since 2005 and come from a long line of insurance professionals as a third-generation State Farm agent. That background helped shape my passion for the industry and for building strong relationships with customers.

I'm a proud dad of two boys and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever I can. Family and balance are very important to me, and that perspective carries into how I run the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bert West - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
