Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Overview Booneville, Fort Smith • Administration, Medical • Full‑time • Job #1372 • Pay Rate: TBD • Work Days/Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00–5:00 am; every other weekend and holiday. Responsibilities Administer medications. Administer monthly injections. Observe, record, and report the resident’s condition and reaction to medications. Assist with completing quarterly physical assessments. Follow protocols for drug regimens for each resident as developed by the interdisciplinary team. Report seizure activity and follow the seizure protocol to ensure the safety of the individual during a seizure. Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the State of Arkansas. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ready to work eight‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays. Under supervision of a Director of Nursing (DON).
