Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry. 3. Proven experience in the transportation/ heavy industrial construction sectors. 4. Previous experience working in a high safety environment. 5. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals. 6. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 7. Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. 8. Proficient in project management software. 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 10.
