Sales Sales Administrative and Technical Assistant Location: McKinney, TX (fully onsite) Type: Direct Hire Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Sales Administrative Assistant to support a growing sales team. This position will help manage sales opportunities, customer information, proposals, follow-up, scheduling, and general sales coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with technology, learns new systems quickly, and takes ownership of tasks without needing constant direction. This is not a traditional administrative role. The person in this position will play an important part in keeping the sales process organized and making sure opportunities continue moving forward. Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to new sales opportunities. Gather customer and project information. Maintain accurate information in CRM and other business systems. Coordinate proposals, pricing, documentation, and customer requirements. Schedule meetings and site visits as needed. Track open opportunities, deadlines, and follow-up items. Communicate with customers and internal team members. Follow up on proposals and outstanding information. Help coordinate the transition of new business to operations. Identify problems, missing information, and process delays. Help improve sales processes and administrative efficiency. Use technology and automation to reduce unnecessary manual work. Keep sales information organized and up to date. Technology Strong technical aptitude is important for this position. Learn new software quickly. Have strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills. Understand basic data organization and reporting. Be comfortable troubleshooting basic system or process issues. Be able to research and solve problems independently. Have an interest in AI, automation, and improving business processes. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, reporting tools, workflow automation, or other business applications is a plus. Technical experience with tools such as SQL, APIs, Python, or similar technologies is helpful but not required. What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite in the Dallas area. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. College degree is preferred but not required.
