Benefits Specialist

Independently managing a book of benefits clients, the full-time remote Benefits Specialist II will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, overseeing benefits administration, compliance inquiries, and process improvements while ensuring a client-first approach. Key Responsibilities Manage and own an assigned book of benefits clients, serving as the primary contact for administration and compliance-related inquiries Resolve complex client issues efficiently and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to deliver seamless service Drive service efficiency initiatives and contribute to departmental goals through process improvements and mentoring junior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in benefits services or benefits administration Strong HRIS experience with benefits administration platforms Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to make independent, sound decisions in a client-facing environment
