Overnight Shelter Support Specialist

Safe Harbor seeks a 3rd Shift Client Support Specialist to provide overnight shelter safety, structure, and basic client support. This role maintains a trauma-informed presence, conducts walk-throughs, updates records, and coordinates with on-call staff to meet overnight needs. Part-time, hourly, non-exempt, with work hours from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, including weekends. Requires strong communication, trauma-informed care, and ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds.
