Responsibilities include: Hiring, training, supervising, managing, directing, and developing team members to deliver a SuperSONIC experience. Ensuring guests leave satisfied to encourage repeat visits. Helping employees understand the big picture and their roles by sharing the "why" behind tasks. Celebrating team successes and coaching for improved performance. Setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback during shifts. Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere that makes work enjoyable. Managing food, paper, labor, and guest service standards. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
