Quality Control Technician

This is an on-site role supporting a fast-paced production environment where quality control is closely tied to keeping production moving. The QC Technician will report to the Plant Operations Manager and will be responsible for inspecting and testing products throughout the production process, including pre-pour and post-pour inspections, materials testing, and product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections.

• Perform materials and product testing.

• Inspect concrete products including bridges, box culverts, barriers, and ready rock.

• Take accurate measurements using various measuring devices.

• Document measurements and inspection results using tablets and Excel.

• Identify quality issues and work with production to resolve them.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while keeping pace with production schedules.

• Support a safe, organized work environment.

Must-Haves:

• Current or recent quality control experience in manufacturing environments.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable using measuring devices and taking precise measurements.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong organization and discipline with schedules.

• Ability to work on-site and independently.

Schedule & Location:

• Oconomowoc, WI – onsite

• Typical schedule: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Minimal travel for training.
