Recruiting Specialist
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Recruiting Team in our Newport Beach headquarters. We are a reputable and forward-thinking mid-sized law firm with 225+ attorneys across nine offices in four states, recognized for our sixth consecutive year in the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® 'Best Law Firms' rankings. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our Recruiting Team, supporting recruiting for attorney, legal support, and law clerk positions across all of our offices.
Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates of all levels through direct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, law school networks, referrals, job boards, and other creative search strategies.
Engage and attract passive candidates, effectively generating interest in opportunities at the Firm.
Screen and interview sourced candidates to evaluate their fit with the Firm, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
Perform market research and strategize with the Recruiting Team regarding lateral hiring needs of the Firm.
Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate files in the applicant tracking system.
Assist the Recruiting Team with all aspects of lateral recruiting as needed.
Assist with law school outreach, on-campus interview programs, and recruiting events as needed.
