What You’ll Do

Operations: Operate our technology for the biggest sporting federations around the world. This will include:

• Assisting in the delivery of remote officiating and broadcast enhancement from our Charlotte Office.
• Troubleshooting cutting-edge technology in live, high pressure situations.

Hardware : Support the smooth running of our equipment and logistics for the US team. This will include:

• Managing office inventory, keeping accurate records of equipment and supplies.
• Packing, preparing, and coordinating the delivery of kit to events and venues.
• Assisting with general office and team administration.
• Ensure upkeep and standardization of remote officiating stations.
• Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day logistical needs around events and projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
• Self starter with initiative and the ability to pick up and develop projects independently.
• Ability to work quickly and make effective decisions.
• Flexibility in working arrangements - sports happen in the evenings and at weekends, so working at these times is important for the role.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining organized.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with networking, IP cameras or server configuration.
• Previous experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role.
• Experience with inventory management or travel booking tools.
• A love of sport!

Location

This role is based in our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
