Responsibilities

The Rental Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer information.

Responsibilities:

• RTL Rental unit files must be detail oriented and maintain files daily.
• Make reservations and do paperwork to check rental trucks in and out, including thorough physical damage inspection.
• Maintain rental customer list with up to date credit files and insurance certificates.
• Maintain lease customer mileage reports, obtain end of month mileage readings.
• Handling customer rental needs via phone calls & emails
• Taking reservations
• CRM data entry as needed
• Customer invoicing as needed
• Fuel receipt tracking as needed
• Additional general operations administrative duties as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three years’ clerical/admin experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
