Job Title Courier Location Las Vegas, NV Work Schedule Monday - Wednesday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. OFF Thursday & Friday. Job Responsibilities Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups. Complete the daily pick‑up schedule in a timely manner. Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift. Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner. Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws. Utilize a handheld electronic device to manage daily pick‑ups. Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick‑ups as needed. Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed. Minimum Qualifications No experience or education required. Preferred Qualifications Current or prior Labcorp experience. Two or more years of professional courier or route‑based delivery experience within a medical or laboratory company. One or more year of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital or laboratory operations. Two or more years of experience using handheld delivery‑management devices or route optimization tools such as scanners, GPS‑based routing software, or dispatch applications. Additional Job Standards Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Be 21 years of age or older. Punctual with strong time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer service experience. Ability to problem‑solve customer issues. Ability to lift up to 50 lb. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and in a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are eligible only to participate in the 401(k) plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. Included with this position is a company vehicle.
