Experiential Account Manager - Onsite Brooklyn

Position Summary
The Experiential Account Manager is a high-impact, revenue-focused role within a leading experiential agency. The primary function is to drive revenue through the successful closing of external venue rentals, brand partnerships, and immersive activations across a portfolio of experiential spaces.
This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise and cultural fluency to ensure all partnerships maximize revenue while aligning with the agency's brand, creative vision, and mission.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the General Manager and senior leadership.
Ideal candidates may come from agency backgrounds, particularly those currently working as Junior Account Managers or Associate Account Managers, looking to step into a more revenue-forward, client-facing role
Core Responsibilities
? External Revenue Closure • Proactively identify, pitch, and close new external accounts, brand sponsorships, and paid activations across experiential spaces (e.g., event venues, installations, branded environments).
• Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution, maintaining a strong conversion rate from lead to booked business.
? Pipeline Development & Management • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and large-scale brand opportunities, with a focus on organizations seeking innovative experiential marketing and venue solutions.
• Track and report on pipeline activity, providing accurate forecasting aligned to revenue goals.
? Contract Management & Execution Oversight • Ensure all contracted deliverables are executed successfully across bookings, sponsorships, and activations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication before, during, and after activations.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Retail, F&B, Operations, Production) to deliver seamless client experiences.
? Financial Administration & Commission Tracking • Track and calculate commissions in alignment with agreed-upon structures, ensuring timely payout following client payment.
• Provide ongoing reporting on sales performance, revenue tracking, and pipeline status to leadership.
