Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant

Fast paced Food Service Distributor is currently seeking a Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant for our Temecula, CA Corporate Distribution Center. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, organized, team player who is also willing and eager to learn. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is a must.

The Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for general support of the Human Resources department and front office. Duties may but are not limited to:

• Greeting and directing visitors
• Support front desk operations
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Log incoming packages and contact recipients
• Making copies as needed
• Provide clerical support in Recruiting, Risk, and Payroll Departments
• Filing as needed
• Additional duties and responsibilities that may arise

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in an administrative role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and welcoming personality and attitude
• Reliable with strong attendance record
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be extremely well organized and work well under pressure
• Must have strong understanding and currently work with the following tools:
• Microsoft Windows
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Publisher)
