ServiceNow CRM/FSM Developer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• We require experience with CSM/CRM or case management platforms.
• We require experience building integrations and APIs.
• We need strong JavaScript skills, including server-side and client-side scripting.
• We require solid experience with Workflow and Flow Designer.
• We require practical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
• We prefer a ServiceNow CSA certification.
• We prefer a ServiceNow CAD certification.
• CIS-CSM or FSM certification is a plus.
• We prefer experience with Field Service Management (FSM).
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred.

• We configure and develop solutions across our CSM/CRM and FSM modules.
• We build case management components, forms, workflows, and service catalogs.
• We develop automation using Flow Designer, scripting, and platform tools.
• We create and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• We support customer portals and self-service experiences.
• We implement AI-enabled capabilities such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent where applicable.
• We troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and support deployments and enhancements.
• We collaborate with architects and BPCs to deliver scalable solutions.
